The entire incident was caught on video via dashboard cameras in Milwaukee Sheriff's deputies' squad cars. The suspect's car eventually hit a concrete barrier and went airborne, briefly flipping into the windshield of a police vehicle. A deputy first spotted the suspect, 40-year-old Kevin Hutchins, driving the wrong way on a Milwaukee street just before 3 a.m. and started to pursue him. Other deputies eventually joined the pursuit. The suspect led police onto a highway where speeds reached almost 110 miles per hours before Hutchins crashed. He's now facing his third OWI, operating while intoxicated, charge. One deputy was hospitalized with injuries and another sustained minor injuries. Hutchins was taken to the hospital and released with minor injuries. He posted bail and is out of jail.
